Meet Our Team.

Amy Garland

Amy has helped hundreds of clients obtain Medicaid and/or VA benefits over the past fifteen years. Having had an aging family member who required approximately eight years of in home care and family assistance that led to the difficult decision of placement in a skilled nursing facility for almost twelve years when the care level could no longer be met at home, Amy understands first hand the emotional difficulties and guilt associated with these difficult decisions.  Adding the financial burden of long term care costs and confusing Medicaid rules and denials can be overwhelming.  Amy has witnessed first hand the mistakes people make that ultimately cost people more money and delay benefits unnecessarily.  She is passionate about helping others obtain benefits and preserve assets while following all of the State and Federal rules.

Amy graduated  from Purdue University and loves to cheer the Boilermakers on in football and basketball.  She has two daughters, a perfect grandson and is a dog mom, with which she enjoys spending quality time.  Amy also loves travel, yoga and scuba diving.

Victoria Amich

Victoria has been assisting clients in navigating through the Medicaid Aged and Disabled maze since 2015. Victoria has had family members in both assisted living facilities and nursing homes and has obtained Medicaid eligibility for them, giving her first-hand personal experience on all sides of the process. Having a loved one who needs any level of care, whether it's at home or in a nursing home, is already emotionally difficult, and Victoria strives to put her clients' minds at ease by showing that it doesn't also have to be financially draining. Every situation and every family is different, but the experience Victoria has gained and the personal attention provided to each client will ensure we are all in this together to provide the very best result for everyone involved.

While she's been a Hoosier since birth, her preference is to cheer for the Black and Gold at both Purdue and Noblesville schools. Being a wife, a girl-mom and a sports junky keeps her busy outside of the office and she lives for concerts, campfires, and playing cornhole. Victoria is the Crazy Bunny Lady with four pet rabbits and the occasional foster bunny.
